Tutor Profile
Conor specializes in academic support for students studying economics. He has experience in tutoring college-level economics, serving as a tutor at Bryant University for two years and as the Master Peer Tutor of Economics for one year. He has tutored introductory and intermediate micro- and macroeconomics, economic development, and econometrics. He enjoys relating economics to students’ interests to aid understanding of complex topics.
Conor graduated summa cum laude with an honors degree from Bryant University, double majoring in Applied Economics and Team & Project Management with a minor in Communication. Conor received four commencement awards at graduation for his achievements, being recognized as the top student in Economics and Business Administration and named the Provost Honors Scholar. He was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, and Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society.
He has conducted undergraduate research in the areas of workplace attire and economics, presenting on topics such as the “Effect of Managerial Attire on Employee Self-Perceptions” and projects studying Small Business Expansion, Economic Flood Impact, and Monetary Policy.
Conor works as a finance analyst at Mass General Brigham on their Innovation team. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and video games, reading, and shopping for clothes.
