Grace
As an IvyWise mentor, Grace works closely alongside each student’s counselor to reinforce guidance and help students stay focused and organized throughout the college admissions process. She extends the support students receive in counseling sessions by helping them manage timelines, stay on track with key milestones, and build the academic and executive functioning skills needed to meet their goals. Grace takes time to understand each student’s strengths, challenges,
and aspirations so she can personalize her mentorship in a way that feels both strategic and supportive. Above all, she strives to be a steady, encouraging presence as students gain confidence and take ownership of their growth.
Grace earned her undergraduate degree in molecular biology with a minor in Spanish from Lehigh University, where she conducted research on nervous system development and competed as a Division I soccer player. After graduation, she worked in research labs at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Columbia University Medical Center, focusing on
metabolic dysregulation in cancer. She is currently pursuing her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, continuing to integrate her passion for research and patient care.
Grace draws on her background in academic research and medicine to guide her mentorship style, emphasizing critical thinking, resilience, and problem solving. In her work with IvyWise families, she aims to provide thoughtful guidance and practical tools that help students grow academically and feel prepared for success beyond the classroom.
In her free time, Grace plays soccer and is an avid runner. She loves exploring new exhibits at museums in New York City and running a book club with her friends.
