Chief Strategy and Financial Officer

Joy is responsible for leading the business strategy while overseeing the financial health and performance of IvyWise.

After 15 years of leadership experience in professional services firms, Joy joins us from McKinsey & Company where she advised clients across the globe on their business and go-to-market strategies. She holds a B.S. from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Joy has a passion for education and helping others realize their potential. In her spare time, she enjoys getting involved in her local community, traveling the world, and meeting people.
