Account Management Lead

As IvyWise’s Account Management Lead, Allison supports the enrollment team and IvyWise families in managing their accounts, providing excellent customer service for anything billing-related.

Allison graduated from Towson University in Maryland with a bachelor of science degree in sociology and anthropology. She spent five years working in private education as a one-on-one teacher, curriculum writer, and administrator, where she found a passion for helping students succeed.

In her free time, you can often find Allison practicing yoga, hiking, drinking tea, or catching up on the latest Real Housewives episodes.
