Our team of expert college admissions counselors have over 410 years of collective experience in undergraduate admissions at top institutions in the U.S., including Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, and NYU, among many others, and over 110 years of direct experience in graduate admissions and advising, and nearly 100 years in college guidance roles at leading independent and private schools.

Team-Based Counseling
Each student receives the benefit of our entire team’s expertise. During the college application season, our entire team of counselors meets weekly at the IvyWise Roundtable, which simulates the real-world admissions committee evaluation process. They review students’ applications, including college lists, essays, test scores, and more, giving students invaluable feedback before applying.
Full Range of Services
In addition to admissions counseling, IvyWise has a team of tutors to provide the most efficient and effective test prep and academic subject tutoring, complemented by our personalized research services. We can also pair you with athletic counselors, post-graduate counselors (gap year counselors), learning difference specialists, and more.

Our students are our top priority, and we provide personalized service to every family, accommodating nearly any request. Whether securing a specialty tutor for an upcoming exam or arranging for counselors to travel globally, we go the extra mile to support families. IvyWise has worked with students from over 90 countries. We work in-person, by phone, over Zoom, and through our online portal, myIvyWise, which allows the student, counselor, and parents to follow the student’s progress together, communicate, and collaborate 24/7.

We stay updated on college admissions trends. All IvyWise counselors are members of the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) and/or the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and strictly adhere to their principles of good practice. They regularly tour colleges, attend industry conferences, and stay informed about the latest admissions developments.
