The IvyWise Team
Client Relations Associate
As a Client Relations Associate, Farah acts as the liaison between families and their IvyWise counselors, and ensures that students are getting the most out of their experience with IvyWise by keeping a keen eye on their progress throughout their college admissions journey.
Farah received her BA in Psychology from Stanford University, and stayed on as a co-terminal student to earn her MA in Education: Learning, Design, and Technology. The interdisciplinary master’s program allowed Farah to work with rapid prototyping tools and take courses at the Stanford Hasso Plattner Institute of Design to master Design Thinking. She leveraged these resources to create her Master’s capstone: a holistic trauma response system for use by Syrian refugees, in conjunction with Stanford Psychiatry.
Prior to joining IvyWise, Farah taught K-8 in San Francisco, has written curriculum and content for children’s educational media, worked in maker space management, and in education consulting.Farah is passionate about helping students attain their goals and showcase their unique gifts.
She currently lives in Brooklyn and enjoys exploring landmark Arabic grocery stores on Atlantic Avenue.
