Dana Haddad, MS.Ed.

Areas of Expertise: Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Programs, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, Secondary and Boarding Schools and post-grad (PG) year Students.

Dana received her Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education.  She is an experienced public and private school teacher, as well as having extensive experience in the NYC Admissions world.  Dana served as the Director of Admissions at Claremont Preparatory School in Manhattan and the Associate Director of Admissions at Horace Mann School with campuses in Manhattan and the Bronx. 

Dana brings a great deal of expertise to IvyWise in her ability to work with children and their families to find a school that is the right fit for each student.  Dana’s knowledge and understanding of the admissions process from the inside makes her the ideal choice for families that want to navigate the Admissions Process with an expert.

Dana has spoken on many panels and has been involved in several education organizations such as DECA, ISAAGNY, NAIS, ATIS, NYSAIS as well as being a member of the NYC Distinguished Teacher Program in District 2, Manhattan.  It is hard to encounter a family in NYC that has not encountered Dana in some capacity, as she has met and/or worked with over 6,000 families in the past decade.
