Graham Riske
Junior College Admissions Counselor
Areas of expertise: students seeking colleges with a strong international experience, highly selective schools, West Coast institutions.

A magna cum laude graduate of Brown University, Graham has visited about 100 universities within the United States and still loves the thrill of a successful application and matching a student’s personality and needs to the best university.

Graham is not only a seasoned traveler, but also has counseled international students in gaining admission to some of the world’s most selective universities. With his degree in Educational Studies, Graham has been actively advising students since leaving Providence in 2006. Graham’s interest in college counseling started when his college admission essay was published his senior year of high school. That interest turned into a passion when he set up a college counseling institution in Seoul, Korea. Since then, he has started college counseling programs in places like Quito, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Buenos Aires. The past two summers he has lead tours in the Amazon, Galapagos, and Argentina teaching photography and Spanish. He also worked in an orphanage in the Nicaraguan jungle and as a line handler on yachts passing through the Panama Canal. He currently resides in New York where you will find him at BAM, watching artsy films or in Central Park, training for his next triathlon.
